Figure out how to use the trolling battery for next incident. Glad you made it back okay.

First time out a couple of years ago I learned not to run at full throttle. Drank a tank of gas and ended up trolling in at least 4 miles. Finding the fish is part of the fun BUT keep reading anything you can find.
Where to look? Look for places where things change.... Sand to reef, slow to fast, shallow to deep, especially clear to dirty, grass, posts piers, submerged anything, oh yeah......bait and birds
