2/9: Aqua Pimpin'

Capt. Greg donated a trip and FWE auctioned it off. ShortyStillSurfs and I won the trip and we went fishing yesterday. Highlights of the trip included a ride in the new and improved Pimp Rocket and a number of very solid trout. A croaker and a flounder were caught on Corkies. Somebody lost a big fish on the head shake. Somebody else dropped a nice trout trying to get it on the stringer. The conditions were marginal but we had a window where we whacked 'em.

Sorry the details are kind of sketchy. Greg showed me this shiny thing on the way back to the ramp and I can't quite remember everything that happened.

Same here. I just want to learn to get around in the galveston are without ripping my lower unit off. I usually fish chocolate/cold pass/christmans, but I want to start chasing them around out in G-town some.
