Whole King Crab...for my Valentine

Alright...I checked out the site...everything looks great...how did you cook (heat) the King crab...just some water in the bottom of the pot and put it in the oven???

I rolled up some foil in the bottom of the pan for the crab to sit on. Put some water in the bottom of the pan, then put it on the stove top, covered it, and boiled the water to steam the crab. It's frozen, so I steam it for about 30 minutes. I had to break some of the legs so it would fit in the pan. These things are big! It will feed 4-6 easily.

We do ours with the foil too, but instead of water, we use beer. It really is yummy.
