Friday night lures

Just FYI the lures we used Friday night were the 19mr Mirrorlure in the red head, white back and silver luminescence, also in the just plain silver luminescence. The plain silver one work the best.

In the shrimp it was the Berkley Powerbait Saltwater 3" Rattle Shrimp in the glow/chartreause tail. It has a built in weighted hook and rattle.

Both of those worked equally Friday night, the Mirrorlures caught the better fish

19mr-are those the small little ones? Suspended, not tops?

yea the small suspending ones, the dive maybe 6" under the water. Very light so need a spincast or very light action rod to get much distance out of them.

Those things can work pretty good when the glass minnows are out in full force.

Thanks! I been using wildeyes-about 3" glass minnow shape from Academy-has weight built in and hook-sometimes they work, sometimes not. Mainly I use live shrimp free-lined off deck-they seem to work best-like candy for those trout!!!
