Got up at 330 to start the smoking. This is the electric smoker I received for Christmas. I have already smoked ribs and brisket. Came out great. Well see how pork and brisket work out. You can see the brisket was too big so I had to cut it to size...lol Pork is on the bottom.


I'm also trying out a digital temp gauge. It has two probes, if you look at the pork you can see one of them. Got a late start, hope I it will be done in 12 hours.
