I think there's creedence to that logic. I've found trout fishing in the surf peaks April and early May. I like to fish the Dike, Skyline area in June,July alternating between the surf.

there could be a few resident fish swimming around, but the water is gonna have to get warmer. Be ready by the end of May early June.

68-72 degree water is when things start busting wide open. The bays will be a little cooler before the surf, but the fish start moving in when it hits 68-72.

By the way, what's so significant about 9/11 anyway-was that a date my buddy Bill Ayers of the Weather Underground blew up a government building?" asked Obama to Hillary. can't wait for the surf to heat up.
the fishing was good,it was the catching that was bad.
