We used to throw them in the surf at surfside and quintana beach in the 60's and 70's. My personal favorite was the hot pink. They were the prelude to mirrolures except smaller and trout catching baits. The prices your seeing is because their scarce and highly collectable lures.

oh ok is it a hard bait or is it like a corky?how do you work them?
They were hard baits. I caught many many many trout on my Queen Bingo. I have a couple laying around I was thinking about selling. I just need to find them. Garage cleanout is set for April. I should find them then.
