Here is a laugh for y'all guys. My sister got a brand new Iphone from my parents for Christmas. Except the first few weeks, when I called, I found that I had to keep repeating myself more often than usual. Finally, I got frustrated enough that I asked her if anything was wrong with her phone. She told me that all the sounds were muffled and she had to use the speaker a lot just to hear. Since it was on a warranty, my father told her to bring it to the Sprint store and have them look at it. Well, as luck would have it, I had to drive her all the way to the store. We walked in and were greeted by a helpful associate. My sister meekly explained the problem (she doesn't like talking to people) and the associate looked very puzzled and asked to take a look at the phone. He took a look at the phone, smiled, and chuckled. My sister said, "do you see what is wrong?"

The associate replied, "Yes ma'am. You didn't take off the protective screen cover and it's muffling the noise." Such a blonde moment!
