    Congrats to all that voiced their objections on the COE dumping on the Seagrass beds. We've had 2 threads on it, but this thread/post is about today's article in the Galveston Daily News. Well done and all of us should be proud to have our voices heard and actually listened to and acted upon (not like the buffoon in D.C. that is deaf to the Citizens).
