Ethanol subsidy ends

Recently Congress allowed the Ethanol Blender's subsidy to run out, a program that cost us about 6 billion per year for little results, messed up fuel, and higher grain and meat prices. This was rather odd because Iowa - where the GOP Caucus was just held - benefits the most from the subsidy - a whopping 45 cents per gallon.

Now if the industry would replace the [bad word] with another compound, we'd be done with that joke.

Oh well, just thought I'd pass something along ...
