  • Looks like a great deal on a Shoalwater 18 Flats

No motor, but looks darn good for $1800. The ad doesn't say, but it looks like a Shoalwater 18 Flats with a tunnel. Clear titles and all. If I had the money, I'd be on it.

Why would anyone want one? They only run shallow enough to scare the snot out of you. I wished I could have two of them.

Sucks I have a good 150hp for it but I could't come up with $1800 to save my life. Stupid hope and change.

Any guess on what it would cost to rig it out? The ad says the hull was partially refurbished a year or so ago, don't know if it needs any hull work or not.

I was just looking at boats yesterday. Interesting way to get one rigged just like you want it.

Rigging is cheap, Every little part, connector, power, etc. is where it get up there. If there's alot to really work there as the add say's shouldn't be too bad. I thought about picking it up and throwing a motor on it and finish it out, but being a 90 model, it will have to be done cheap and sale cheap, cause you cant get a loan on it since it so old. Trying to get cash out of people these days is next to impossible.

If anyone here wants to loan me $1500 interest free, I'll pick it up today. I can pay you back $300 a month.

Heck, if everyone that owes me money could come through, I'd only need $50 to make it happen.

I would be very surprised if the boat isn't sold by now.
