Teakwood Marina auction

The Teakwood Marina property (6.5 acres) is going on the auction block next weekend, December 10th. There is no minimum bid but there is an undisclosed reserve price which if it's anything close to the original asking price there will still be 6.5 acres available come December 11th.

You'd be surprised what people will pay. There's a lot of money not invested in the market right now and interest rates are as low as they'll ever get.

Who ever gets it will have a lot more work to do on it than they are probably aware. When they pulled out the of marina sheds they broke of MANY pilings just below the water line and left them. I caution anyone to not go into that area unless you want a punctured hull or a ruined lower unit. I have been in there and it is scary.
