I was wondering how bad the shrimp hatch was or if the scrimp are stiff p inthe marsh de to lack of fresh water to ps them out. I am still seeing small shrimp p in the marsh. I am not sure what is happening

The shrimp hatch is below normal this year but I agree with Corndog. There are still shrimp in the marsh and in the canals. I am suprised they haven't moved after these last two fronts when the water dropped out but I still had plenty of bait in the canal behind the house. There should be some bird action, it picked up this week in Trinity so maybe we will see something after this next front. I have seen a few times where we did not have any bird action till almost Xmas.
