Headed out again this morning with Reeltime. We ended fishing North Deer Island area. We picked up 5 specks some near 20". They were in 2' of water over broken shell. I cauyght mine on Brown lure devil ee texas gold rsh 1/4 and 1/8 oz jig head. Reeltime I cant remember what he caught his on. Headed back and Reeltime picked up a 21" plus trout along the spoilbanks. We had two just undersize reds also.
If you werent on the water today you missed it. Killer weather, no crowds and water was almost too pretty to fish. The fishing was decent but man this weather is what you wish for all year. I'll be holed up arond the house the rest of the weekend seeing the forecast. I'll probably chase mama around the house. Also do some chores and a little grillin and fish frying.Got to get me a few more kitchen passes for when the weather get better.
