Well deano. We have had our first planking fail as a family.
Luckily it was only a falling chair and a bumped head . Stay tuned. I have to get kids interested in it again. They are a little gun shy now.

Here it is. Unfortuanlty I dropped one of the kids on the first go round so I had to do something a little more safe to get their confidence back up. We are still very new to the sport of planking.



I took mine outdoors. It was also a little tricky since the first planking session resulted in 4 wasp stings, a black thumb nail and a chipped tooth. It was my good tooth too.
