Social Networking tool. For example I can input where I went to High School & what year I graduated. It will find all other people on FaceBook with the same HS / College etc and ask if you know them. You can add friends / reconnect etc.

I have an account there for one reason, to put together my high school reunions. A fair number of insane women have also re-connected with me via facebook. All it did was show me how lucky I was I didn't end up with one of them in the first place.

I hardly ever go there, and I don't respond to much or read anything not directed to me. I have probably 50 people waiting for me to respond to a "Friending" on facebook. If I know you, and you're really my friend, why do you want to be my friend there? It's a stupid place, where a lot of generally worthless things get put out. After this year's reunion, I think I'll spend even less time there.

I do have to admit I'm social network challenged though. I signed up for the Austin Kayak video contest thinking it was really about content... but it's actually about how many fb "friends" you have... at least I think?

p.s. if you're going to vote on the videos, mine's "Yakcycle." Yeah, I know, I'm way behind, but those kids have to run out of friends soon?
