    Crazy 45

Did not even bother to fish Westend this weekend. Its crazy on 45. Get this, last year pulling home a guy on a croutch rocket was doing a wheelie over the causeway with a young lady on back? No Helmets!! Wonder why people get killed at this event.

I went down to SLP this morning in De Bote.
OMG! There must of been 2000 Harley's going across the bridge all morning. It was a constant rumbling.
Eventually I got back to Bastrop Bay and could STILL hear them going down Bluewater Hwy.
West End Anglers - You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy.

They want one weekend give it to them. Same thing for Kapa Kapa. Galveston is a destination and tourist town. If you chose to live there well it's no secret, been going on for many years. With that said I don't ride. Just wait till they approve gambling. It will be every weekend

Dyers Suzuki on Broadway. Great Days!

Do any of you anglers remember Dyers Suzuki on Broadway. Bought my first bike at Dyers in 1972. They would put your picture on the wall if you bought a new bike. Bought a TS90 for $475.00. Best bike Suzuki ever made! Drove that bike to the island every weekend to hit Taco House on Broadway. Always sold us beer and great food at our age!!! The bike would only do 25 mph wide open over the old causway. Moved on to BSA, Triumph bikes and Harleys. Couple of my friends got killed on our party runs all over Galveston County. Thank the Lord im still alive and enjoy this life. Ill stick to my kayak for good times!!

We passed a wreck on Saturday on the n.bound lanes of Bayou Vista. The responders were just arriving and trying to get the guy off the ground. I read today that he was doing fine and that's great news!

I saw some really nice bikes on the West End, but I'll stick to the water. I'm a clumsy bastage! Hell, I was trying to talk with Kenny and ran into the JB channel marker on Saturday. LMAO! It's still good.....

Coach, I feel loud pipes get the drivers attention, especially when your riding along and come up on a idiot texting, I just pull the clutch in on the ole softail, twist the throttle and let the 124" motor hit the rev limiter and smile. The expression on their face is priceless when the roar of that big bore stroker motor scares the s*** out of them. And i run a 2-1 pipe that's baffled.....

                Dbarham, you nailed it.
90% of the so called "bikers" do not respect the machine, I've personally learned that the minute you don't respect the bike, she will tear you up like being locked in a telephone booth with a pissed off wildcat. Took a lot of road rash for me to learn that!

Can't argue with that logic folks!

Not like you are in the business of selling beer or anything like that

After braking my jawbone in five places with a two compond fratured I can tell you a motorcycle is like the devl you love em,hate em or dont know what to think!!I am lucky to be alive today from riding. I still have the itch to get on one but know better. On another note I grew up seeing real bikers and it turns my stomach to see the new breed of bikers that think they are all that!!I really miss the days when you really knew a biker when you met one. An eye ring meant you were a badass and a tatoo meant you were csazy!! Old shcool biers were actually cool in their day!! I miss them!!
                        Bacon Bacon Bacon!!!

I'm jiust happy Kappa Weekend (Beach Partay Weekend) went away!! Nothing but thugs, low-lifes and thieves. I'll take a few loud noises anyday over 100,000 thugs with no money, no respect and no class.
"Hey Hillary, regarding the Benghazi Attack on 9/11-we'll just blame it on that movie, not my total lack of security. By the way, what's so significant about 9/11 anyway-was that a date my buddy Bill Ayers of the Weather Underground blew up a government building?" asked Obama to Hillary. BEAUTIFY AMERICA, RUN OVER A LIBERAL, THEN BACK UP AND SEE IF HE'S DEAD.

Most of the people are nice I agree, however some tend to think when they get a Harley along comes a couple of tattoos a beard and a black jacket makes them bad asses. WRONG....
