PSA: November 2011 Flounder Limits

A quick Public Service Announcement and Reminder

The daily bag limit for Flounder changes November 1. From November 1 through November 30 the daily bag limit goes down to 2 fish per angler and can only be taken by pole and line.

Muddskipper is exempt. His limit is when his cooler won't close shut.
