Texas A&M take 2nd in Day 1 of National Guard College Fishing Bass Tournament

I know its bass fishing, but its pretty exciting so see one of my best friends up on the podium in 2nd. FLW and the National Guard are hosting a college fishing tournament (texas region championship) at lake sommerville ($50,000 on the line). The weigh-in is set up in the shadows of Kyle Field. There's teams from all over Texas and surrounding states. the two A&M teams took 2nd and 3rd place today. My friend, Cody Collins and his partner, Kyle Bates, weighed a 9lb 12 oz bass to make a total of 19 lbs.
