Taxes are not the only thing you will be paying for ...
You are only getting a boat, motor & Trailer - you will need batteries, a prop, sometimes a KEY .... and gear for your boat...
you might have to take it to a shop and have them re-key it, if it does not come with one......
I think you might also need to put on rod holders, and cleats ....
It's preety bear bones .... but hey - it's free - kind of ....

congrats moe!!!!! i know i won a boat on rayburn and had to take mine. it doesn't matter how many times you assure yourself you did everything right your still as nervous as an illegal at a check station. you will do fine. just remember they are not there to find a way to fail you. they could care less if you win or lose. again congratulations!!!!
