How did you not block them in as I see poles behind them. I personally wouldve put bumper to bumper and pushed there.vehicle into the poles and held them there,and only pulled my weapon,if the situation had gotten way out of control from there.

I pulled in at an angle and was almost touching..... he had no poles behind him that is the last pole you are seeing .... but PD had the same question.

He back up on to the sidewalk and a few pivot turns while I was trying to retrive my stuff from the bed....

The cost of vechicle damage would of far out weighed the cost of the ITEMS ... so I felt I was doing what I could to stop them without hurting anyone ....

Man, I just cut my yard and I was on high alert. Right off the bat some dude in an old Cavalier was eyeballing my open garage. We started mean mugging eachother until he past my yard. I had a machete around the corner on a window sill. Jus' sayin'.

On the flip side of that, I saw our local on duty police officer twice while out in the yard. I made sure to give him a wave and an honest smile.

After the fact I have been told there is a good chance I would have had issues ... I went to the pawn shop, I put my self in that position after seeing them. If I had stood in front of the truck, and hey drove towrds me PD could have said I put myself in the worst position and am trying to justify a shooting...when there was other safer choices...

The cost alone would be in the thousands plus time, plus possible bail .... plus possible injury

Everyone can learn from my mistakes ... just think of what you can really loose, like family, and your own life

Glad you're safe Bryan. What name did the pawn shop owner get and he was spota get their TDL when they pawned some stuff-I guess you stopped them before they were able to pawn the stuff?

If ya shot one, ya probably would have been sued and had to pay big bucks to the theiving bastage. Sux.
