Looking for someone to print decals for boats and truck's "billystix decal's"

any one have a good source for getting say 3 1/2 x5 decal for a boat or truck window of my logo that will not set me back to the poor house, need's to be a price that i can afford to mostly giveaway, would love to be able to barter.
any help greatly apreciate. these are the 2 that i am giving thought to, any opinion's on yall's part

There's a guy thy goes to my church who does vinyl signs, auto wraps, banners, signs, etc. Really great guy located in Galveston. Pretty sure it's called a budget sign shop. Guy's last name is Malmberg, he may be able to help.
