Haha if they can run a roll of masking tape and deck brush they can be of use at my place. Staining aint so bad but stripping is miserable. I think I was behind on the learning curve the first time I ever stained it 8-9 years ago and it only last mayb 18 months or so before I had to strip and restain. The last time I did it I put a lot of extra work and allowed more attention to detail and it has been well worth it. I believe the current stain is around 24 months old and still holding up well.

I use seal all and nada-about every 2 years and I'm going on 2.5 now and it needs it bad.
