Kid fishing 3/25/09

Took the Kids to Sheldon Reservoir for a little bass fishing this evening. I caught 5 on top to about 2 lbs and had about 20 blowups. Bone Spook Jr and white Buzzbait.
Highlight was when my daughter was fishing with a weedless frog and hooked into a nice little bass about 2 lbs. She tangled her line around the rod and lost her, but it was awesome to see her hooked up. She is casting really well and learning fast. The little one is trying when he can keep focused!

good job taking the kiddo's fishing. mine love to fish and I love showing them how. I just need someone to show them how to catch and they might like it even more.
