    last I heard they were we used to go every thursday on school nights and drive to east benard rosenberg or columbus and it was on missed alot of school on fridays!! moby was with them too back in the day promoting 97 rock they played some killer def leppard

I got kicked outta there several times and had a bar fight there and danced the night away with a many country girls in there!! one of my favorites we partyed at the crystal cowboy and the texas rose hall and eddies ballroom and most all kc halls in south texas chasing the local band the emotions they are still jamming!! man those were the days

    Dude i got in trouble from the Back Room to Sneakers of Perrin Biettel to Brodstreet.I remember one gig at the BR when Pantera came in under Cowboys from hell.We used to go to this club on 6th street from Jester and drink 50cent beer until they dragged us out they played some tecno stuff.Iused to party with Joe Anthony "the Godfather of rock.The stories i could tell.Work with pace concert for a year and can't remember much except for the ringing.Let not forget dale and the everpresent DUDLEY.lol

    The 'Dillo was my mom's biggest account at KLBJ FM radio station... also had friends in the music biz, so I grew up in live music venues all around central Texas.

    Want to say there was a Cardis in Austin for a while... didn't make it. Remember seeing the scorps, molly hatchet, trower, beck and others at the Back Room. Now that was an "intimate" setting that would make your ears ring for days!

    Yes back in the 80's.Most of my rocking was done in SA holmes or in Austin.Nowthe Summit had some big name act and now it's a house of worship.Funny how thing change.
