barge in jones lake????

near the mouth of the diversion canal there is a barge with a backhoe on it. it also has a couple of those piledriver towers. anybody know what that's about? it's in about 2 to 3 foot of water so i'm surprised it got in there.

they didn't look like they were working the harborwalk pilings. i thought they may be digging something. thanks for the warning about the mud. that barge looked way out of place where it was.
