Hey Randy,
I'm with ya.... Wind was blowing too hard to fish, so I did some smokin'. I had some brisket left over so I decided to make a "Brisket Muffaletta" with onions, pickles, jalapenos, bbq sauce, and 6 slices of havarti cheese on a round of jalapeno cheese bread...
This thing was massive, but tasty...
