Texas Pilgrimage
Everyone born in Texas or lucky enough to move here, needs to take a trip to Lockhart and sample the best BBQ our great state has to offer. I will be taking my wife for lunch and maybe spend the night somewhere on the open road.
Check out the pics from this past Labor Day weekend. My son and I stopped at Black's Barbeque for lunch. He asked for beef ribs and the lady said "We only have one". It was the size of a little league football and cost $16.00. It was damn good, too!Attached FilesComment

Blacks is good buoy but you need to also try some of the other places like Snows in lexington or southside in Elgin.Each one is different and most are good.If your in austin try Bens on the east side.I LIVE IN A SMALL
