    Range session tomorrow, high noon.

    CLEAR CREEK GUN RANGE...An ex Navy friend and I will be there around noon with a pair of .44mags and a pair of colt 45 automatics. I know its a late notice but if anyone reads this and can make it out it would be welcomed.

          Can ya sight in my 300 winmag (Model 70)? (Not the shortmag either). I dropped the dang thing 2 years ago and I just hate sighting it in-pow, ouch, pow ouch, pow ouch-after about 10 rounds, I give up and I'm half scared on next shot-had it where I was neck shooting turkeys at 100 yards, now I just scare the crapola outta them! 160 grain Hornady, 4.5 x 14 leupold. I use the .270 mainly, but sure like the 300. You know whatever you shoot at is dead when you pull the trigger. Maybe next time-let us know-thanks!

            I'd help you sight it in. Do something like you take 3 and I take the next so as to give you're nerves and shoulder a rest.
            Honestly, range time is about to give way to gig time as winter let's go and spring sets in.
