I am giving my GF 2 rounds of IV per day for 6 weeks due to staph from back surgery. Watch that stuff-it can get septic very easily. You should be on vancomycin or Zyvox. keep an eye on it. Her surgeon has cut her open 4 times since initial surgery to irrigate and drain, plus a week in hospital. Needless to say, my fishing is non-existent now.

thanks guy's and gal's for all the well wishes and prayers.i'm feeling better this morning and the pain is tolerable with the pain meds today. yesterday and last night i was frigging hurtin' bad and the meds just wasn't killing all the pain. i'm still waiting on cultures to come back to see what kind of staph or super bug it is so they can narrow the treatment.the surgery seems to have been sucessful in getting out all the infection and infected tissue.there not sure on a release date as of yet,and i'll most likely have a antibotic pick installed in my arm for long term i/v injections.i have been blessed the the most wonderful brother and sister as well as lifelong friends, i love you gary,deanna,deano,ray,danny,duane as well as countless others i love you guys and thanks for everything.
