Thats what he gets for thinking my prop was a spinner bait!!!!!!

Now the real story. Monday I launched the boat at the end of the Dike and was headed to my spot about 530am. I guess I was running about 35mph in the dark. Once I got to the edge of the ship channel I felt the motor stike an object pretty hard and made my motor come to an instant stop. The boat did a small quick turn to the right but not hard enough to throw me out. I did have my kill switch on so if I was thrown out I would not have been run over by my boat LOL. After trying to figure out what the hell I hit and checking out what I could of the motor which appeared fine I tried jump back up on plane but it wouldnt jump. The prop would turn and push the boat forward but it just would not give me enough power to jump on plane. So I had to make a 45 minute idle back accross the ship channel to the dock. Once the boat was back on the trailer I inspected the motor and everything seemed ok except for my water pump pick-ups which were clogged with meat and skin. Once I cleaned them out I dropped the boat back in the water and everything ran fin.
Running boats for over 20 years this is the first dolphin hit I have ever experienced.

Well for starters....AP has NEVER only gone 35mph at 5:30 in the dark in my bote....my knuckles are still white from holding on.
