I'm tired of being cooped up in this house. I'm headed down there Friday after work. The nights should be chilly, but I've got heaters. Would be nice to have enough folks for a card game on Saturday night. Let me know if'n you want to come out. - Sandy

Alex, Albert isn't with us anymore, so if you want to bring the pooch, that's not a problem. Just bring a leash so you can take him for a walk without him taking off. Wouldn't want him mating with the coyotes on the island.

Well, so far it's just me for Friday night with VJER joining on Saturday. Vic and I will be doing a little work Saturday, then goin' fishing. Saturday night thus far, supper will be my very fine ribs and some Italian squash. Probably throw a few oysters on the grill as well. hoping to do some oystering at some point. I'm I've got breakfast for 3 people taken care of as well. I never know if my aircard will work, so if you're comin', give me a call. I'll be bringing out the yak that Funk Shoal Brutha donated to the camp, so now we have 2 small craft in the blockade running fleet. I hope you guys get some use out of the Yak at Blockade Runners Camp. It had lived in my garage way too long. I need to see a pic of Vic in it making a wake! LOLComment

I've got a small 1 pound cannon we can mount in the bow of the sturdiest yak to make the fast boats slow down as they approach the bend of the camp and flag.

I saw your post about your loss of albert sandy and i'm am sorry for you. I would like to bring my dog but he has had a recent back injury and i try not to take him to new places where he gets too excited, plus he seems to not take to kindly to meeting new men, he loves the women though. I have a friend that brings her dog over to play and lets him out whenever i need so its no big deal.
As far as when I will be there it looks like i will be coming down sometime saturday after i get done fishing with some friends in baytown. Do i need to bring anything other than a cooler stuffed with cold beer and blankets?Comment
