These are state wide brown outs that could last until weeks end. Electricity is depleted across the state. Conserve if possible.

I blame Obama-it's his, Pelousy andHairy Reid's fault-POS. Cut the power in D.C.-save America.
"Hey Hillary, regarding the Benghazi Attack on 9/11-we'll just blame it on that movie, not my total lack of security. By the way, what's so significant about 9/11 anyway-was that a date my buddy Bill Ayers of the Weather Underground blew up a government building?" asked Obama to Hillary. We were shut off this morning for about a half hour. Centerpoint is using rolling blackouts to control the grid:

Most of the spot's that have had power interrupted have been major city's in Texas.I talk to a linemen in Hitchcock this morning and he said the grid is overloaded and they are worried about complete blackout.

For those of you who want to know why this is happening with the power.

Feb. 2, 2011, Austin -- The Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) has instructed utilities to begin rotating outages to compensate for a generation shortage due to numerous plant trips that occurred because of the extreme weather.
Rotating outages are controlled, temporary interruptions of electric service, typically lasting 10-45 minutes per neighborhood. The locations and durations are determined by the local utilities. Critical need customers such as hospitals and nursing homes are generally not included.
It is not known at this time how long the need for rotating outages will last.

No power in Sea Isle most of the day-but JT says "So what, the Coors Light is nice and cold anyway."
