Metered Internet In Canada

This may be old news to some but it got my attention. ISPs & users in Canada will pay by the gig. It looks a lot like a cell phone bill to me. You sign up for a plan and if you go over it REALLY costs you. They say it's to save band width. Bell is raking in the dough on that end and betting people won't watch Inet TV or movies but use Bell cable TV!
They get you coming & going...... I'll bet coming soon to a country in N. America South of Canada!
