Low Winter Tides - Boat house pilings not lookin so good

These low tides expose my pilings enough to see they look awfully skinny in spots. More like eatin away actually.
Can anyone give me a recommendation on a company to concrete 'sleave' my pilings in the canal?
Yes, it's probably DIY doable, but would rather not learn how to do it the hard way.
