The same one that i have had for the last 3 yrs to stop dipping.Also to be more appreciative of my significant other and to catch,weigh-in and release a 30" trout at each tournament we fish in.

Mine last year was to drop 40lbs and hit the weights. Did drop the 40lbs and have kept it off. Still hitting the weight and cardio 3 to 4 times a week and maintaining at 190lbs. Last years resolution a success. This year I might try the alcohol and dipping thing...... OK NOT the alcohol but may try the dipping thing....

JT's new year resolution may be to try and fish atleast 1 or maybe 2 times this year. Thats if the temp gets above 80!!!!
