  • Baytown and New to WEA

    Hello.
I'm in Baytown and my father is coming from VA for Thanksgiving and I'm looking for some advise on what the fishing will be like then. I generally fish in the Trinity, around Rigs and Spillway. I would like to put in at Texas Dike and go to the Jettie on the East end of Galveston in hopes of some Reds and Trouts. Also I hear there is a sunken shrimp boat about 30 yards off the Concrete ship that is a great spot. Can anybody give me some feed back???? I have a 21 Ft Pro Master with a Yamaha V-max on the back. Hope to hear some good advise and again thanks.

Thanks for the advise fellow WEA. I wil give it the best we can during that week. I noticed on Google Earth when looking at the North Jetty there is a Gap also a bunch of boats were there and at the end of the jetty. So I'm thinking that the fishing is good in those spots. How will the Oyster reefs be this month? Next year my son will be Three so I will have him with me fishing so I need to find the spots.
Again thanks for the Welacome and advise.
