Just kidding, but your question is vauge. Where do you like to fish, what kind of fishing (offshore, onshore), do you have a boat, wader, yaker, do you use plastics or live bait???
This might help us on the forum point you in the right direction.

Introduce yourself, tell where you live and how old you are and when you are available to fish. Chances are someone will invite you. Do you have a boat? Chances for an invitation to fish increase depending on the type of boat you own. Do you have a Kayak? Do you have any fishing gear?
You might consider getting your license and then going out with a guide for lessons and techniques.
