Another New Guy
New guy here. Just moved to Jamaica Beach from Houston and finally got moved in and brought the boat down. I’m a little rusty as I haven’t fished a whole lot in the past few years but now I’m back and looking forward to fishing often. I prefer to fish during the week in at least half way decent weather. I am in Houston 2 days a week but otherwise living in Jamaica Beach. I’m looking for a little local knowledge to fish with to help get me back on feet in West Bay. The boat is gassed up and ready to go, I got a few kayaks and will wade (not to into the marathon wades anymore but will do what I gotta do). I like fly-fishing but haven’t quite figured it out in Galveston (I cast better in backyard than I do infront of a tailing red).
I’m off work until Sat. so if anybody can go pm me. It looks like there should be a couple good weather days this week.
