Hey guys. I live in Cy-Fair and work for Houston Fire department. Got hooked (no pun intended) on salt water fishing a few years back. A friend of mine took me to Matagorda several times and its all been downhill from there I have the bug and got a little skiff. Trying to learn the Galveston area a little better. We lose 2 hours of time on the water just in driving to Gorda. We mainly go to San Luis Pass....because thats the only area im getting to know. Havent had much luck just yet. We have never limited out and hit the sand bar every time lol. Been in xmas bay several times with little luck ( found some fishy looking spots). I love the site and most post are relative to "our area". I almost have the old man addicted as well. He is not as star struck with, wind tital movement etc... he just wants to be put on the fish lol. Thats all I have feel free to holler any time.
