I've been reading post on this site for a couple of months, and thought I would jump in and introduce myself since I plan on going fishing tonight. I own a 24 ft. cc pontoon boat. I plan on taking my generator & lights with me tonight on the boat out to the Bastrop area. Hopefully my Father in law and I can get into some fish. I'm 31 years old, and I've been fishing the chocolate bayou area for the last 12 years, and still don't have it all figured out yet, but I'm trying. Previous to that I lived in Pasadena, Tx., and fished east bay a little bit. I'm trying to branch out my fishing area since I have this bigger boat. I used to have a little 14 ft. boat with a 6hp yamaha, and I was limited to how far I could go out in that boat.
