Brand spanking new to the area! I just bought a home in Terramar Beach in May and finally got my boat down there in July. I have 26' Twin Vee and mainly do offshore, never been offshore in Galveston, matter of fact I cannot even find the coordinates for public reefs or rigs! I actually tried SLP last weekend but no markers! Will have to wait and follow some one out. I also have NEVER bay fished. Cannot wait to do it though and have been trying to read everything I can about trout and reds. I live in Oklahoma and am in the Army, so I still have a ways to go before I become a fulltime Terramar resident. So look forward to learning from you all, and by all means if you have some favorite techniques or tactics for bay fishing I'm all ears. Likewise if someone can point me to the coord's for the public reefs off shore that would be welcomed. Lastly, I had once heard that someone published a book with a bunch of off shore points off of Galveston and it was for sale for $30? Ring a bell?
