  • Fishing in Galceston

    So I'm moving to Island Bay Resort in Gal. What kind of fishing can I expect yearly, I lived in Rockport and was Reds and trout.

    welcome!!! same here and the flounder have been really good this year. i am going to rockport this weekend,any suggestions on were to wade or bank fish.
    the fishing was good,it was the catching that was bad.

            Go to the local tackle shop , it is just as you entert Rockport. Heading to rockport you will go over the Copono bridge. Good wading to the left. Look for some cars

              I never go down there but it's nice of you to give that tip. As far as Galveston is concerned you have lots of water to explore. Welcome to the site and good luck.
