Hey guys...moved to Tejas last year from South Carolina due to my wife taking a job at A&M(she's an Aggie herself). Just started fishing in the salt last year and picked up fly flinging too. Got a goal of catching the Gulf Trio on the fly before this summer. Got a kayak and a Riverhawk for boats. Love to hunt anything with feathers(ducks and turkeys especially) too.
I'm actually heading down to the West end of West Bay this Saturday to try my hand down there with the yak. Never fished anywhere down there before, but can't wait to try it out. Planning on fishing either Christmas/Bastrop bay or the marsh around the state park. If anyone wants to get together, just let me a know.
