hi guy's
as you all have read my many post on many various thing's about the rods i build and the thing's i try to put into what i do like being the first kid on the block to have the lowp rofile titanium guides just to have the nades to ask someone "what would i have to do to have this done" first you must remember i am not a factory just one lone little unknown rod builder sitting here a nobody and i ask the big boy's this question??
well they laughed at first but i did not think it was funny and i said what's so frigginnnnn funny and they said because it would require a complete re tooling at $$$$ and i said soooo how much $$$$ and now they are going to be our's your's and mine sometime around the first as best i can pinpoint, but the reason i point this out is another factor just having the new decals made for west end anglers and texas flounderstix more bling for you guy's and yes for billystix as well but it's just my way of staying out front, how about the new black viper blanks with the twill finish in the lower 1/2 of the blank tough and way cool when they are completed top this off with the new palm grip and no trigger wow new concept
but this is the best part i have been working on a new spiral concept for off shore rods mainley jigging rods that require a reel with no level wind, now what happens is the line does not want to flow evenly across the spool because it has no line guide, so as you all know that when i started my rod web site i decided to be dedicated to the spiral rod and the "spiralstix" was born and since that time i have given my all to the perfection of the art of that rod and now i think i have something that is going to become very apealing to all, the new spirastix concept for the jigging and the bottom rod also.
i will be taking orders for inshore spirals even though you have a level wind on your current reel i feel this new concept will help deliver better performance overall and i am just going to take it one day at a time and let the customers give me the answers but i do know that the spirastix is a big hit already and the few that i have built in this new manner have recieved the same test result's from the owners and they have both of the spiral's and they like both, i kinda had mixed result's but they were favorable enough for me to go ahead and start my first offer to the public and i choose to offer it here at west end my first new spiral concept i would like it to be the new flounderstix with the new decal and the new spiral concept.but this is not to say that i will turn down the chance to build a red fish or trout rod with the new system if asked .
now just let me say also $$$$ there will be no price increase on this new spiralstix nor will i have a price increase in 2011 if any thing i will build this first few at a lower price just to get the result's.
tight line's and please lgive me any and all feed back please.
