I bury my fish carcasses in my garden. I bury them at least a foot deep. They seem to really help the plants grow and it breaks up the soil also.

I've heard this from more than one person - sounds like a good idea. - I've got plans for a cleaning table from which I'll be able to route all of the fishy wash water to the garden. Just worry about attracting all of the neighborhood cats.
Mine is pretty modest.
5 tomato plants (2 from Phil Ortiz), a few cucumbers (on the right), 2 eggplant (obscured by tomatos at the top of the picture) and 4 peppers (out of frame, a couple plants are from Phil).
