i believe they made the right decision.i still remember craig james when he played at stratford h.s. here in houston.state 4A champs in 1978.an unfortunate turn of events out there in lubbock.he's still going to get 400k a year from them until his contract expires.i've already heard rumors about TT showing some interest in Urban Meyer.i don't know if they could afford him,but i think he would be a good replacement.Last edited by FLAPPER; December 30, 2009, 02:57 PM.TDFT Certified WeighmasterComment

I would think the moon will fall into the Gulf before Urban would even drive thru Lubbock. TT just f***ed themselves and are about to be the new Baylor.

I was at Westchester when Craig James was at Stratford (stupid Media keeps saying "Stafford") and he was rumored to have been very well taken care of by SMU. Maybe sonny boy didn't get the same perks that Daddy did and that also PO'd Daddy. I really feel bad for Tech fans. Papa James comes to the rescue of no-talent, whiney baby Nancy James and gets a hell of a good coach run out of Lubbock. I doubt that baby Nancy is very popular with her teamates right about now.
