That's irrelevant Jonathan, but since it was a clock bought at a store and pretty much just placed in a briefcase or 'pencil case' to look obviously like a bomb (who would want a 'briefcase clock', really?), yes, it probably works. It does not 'tell time' since no speaker is involved but it could display time-also no explosives are included-you must get that on your own-perhaps Obama will give you some?
