Anyone been asked my a manager to see their CHL at a Walmart when they were openly carrying their weapon ?Beware, its happening!
Not a cop or security person or greeter, but the manager ?
Eventually, HEB, Krogers, StopNGo, CVS,Walgreens, etc will be doing the same.

    Little flaw in the law.

Agree. I don't open carry, except on my own land to shoot illegal immigrants, leftists, socialists and gimmedats (of course each one is a threat to my safety/life)-and maybe a venomous snake if aggressive-well, I may let the snake go-it might bite one of the above-listed POS.

By the way, what's so significant about 9/11 anyway-was that a date my buddy Bill Ayers of the Weather Underground blew up a government building?" asked Obama to Hillary. Nobody is taking my guns from me. That is all I got to say about that. Psycho mass murderers/criminals are going to get their hands on a gun if they want to. Stricter back ground checks will only be a burden on those that can purchase guns. A felon is not going to go into a store and try to purchase a gun it is that simple. 71% of violent offenders will be re-arrested. I realize the stat below is not only gun violence but I still think a parallel can be drawn.

          1. Property offenders were the most likely to be rearrested, with 82.1 percent of released property offenders arrested for a new crime compared with 76.9 percent of drug offenders, 73.6 percent of public order offenders and 71.3 percent of violent offenders.Jun 17, 2014
