Uh, it's the EMPLOYEE'S FAULT he gets FIRED by being a slacker. That's one of the many things wrong with your thinking-reward the slacker and let him contaminate the rest of the workers like a cancer. That may work well in your UNION BS, but in the real world and the USA, hard work pays off while sheeeety work results in being a burger flipper or begging your uncle to get you into his Union so you can be a slacker and still get paid.
